X virtual frame buffer required by create_gui.py in CS-Studio beamline synoptic builds.

Dunno which line is the best fit, "dev tools" seemed like a reasonable choice but feel free to move it.

Looks good to me.

There is not really much thought gone into the separate yum commands. Could probably do with a review. Best practice would be to have one only, I used separate while developing to speed up rebuilds.

Either way, its probably not that important in a dev container
