Upgraded MobileDevelopToolBar to VBox and added new width controls. Introduced new pages including MobileBlogsCategoryPage, MobileBooksCategoryPage, MobileBlogDetailsPage, MobileBookDetailsPage and more. Laid out groundwork for mobile-specific search feature in the MobileCategoryPageBase class. Included scenicview as a dependency.
