7.15+ support? #97

Hi David

I see that elastic pretty dramatically changed how plugins work starting at 7.10. The 7.10 branch you have does not work with 7.15.1 for sure, and I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the big list of breaking changes that happened starting at 7.10. I looked at breaking changes for 7.16 - it looks like they've finally settled things down. Do you think you may be getting back into this project soon?

I've just opened an issue to get some help with the support of Kibana 7.15. Don't hesitate to participate here :-)
