No search bar visible in 6.0 version #17

Hi,

I tried the latest version again. Still don't see any search bar. Am I missing anything?

I think I have fixed that error in #16. How did you download the plugin? by releases tab or by cloning from 6-dev?

I cloned it. I re-created the visualization and this time the Search button came. No idea why it did not come earlier. I did not even restart kibana between the two attempts.
