When using Edge 94.0.992.50, it will sometime send TLS1.2 package to an active TLS1.3 connection and cause error. But I can't figure out whether the edge broswer problem or sniproxy problem.
Also, forcing Edge to flush the sockets would go back to normal temporarily. edge://net-internals/#sockets
