error adding new user #3

Adding new users I receive "The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value".

I have a working installation (using the access database not sql) and am happy to help you out. I'm converting it to use Bootstrap and am about 80% done so the layout is very different but the functionality is pretty much unchanged.
