ADODB.Connection - Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. #4

I get the above error. Using Access Database setup.

What driver do I need to have installed? (Server 2012, 64-bit, running under IIS 8)

I've tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=13255
