Database Integration #1

Have Let's Talk work with a database to keep a running log of the user's interaction.

Will need to assess which solution works best for our application and how to deploy it (i.e. hosting).

From my research, MongoDB seems to be the better choice over Firebase.

Currently can connect to dialogflow and db separately. Next focus is pulling user replies from dialogflow context
