Work out final kinks in our development environment to allow us to push to Google beyond "alpha" stage.

We need to draw up a ToS that is publicly hosted and provide it as a link for the store listing. Cannot move beyond alpha staging until this is done. Looking into some that Actions on Google provides us with to start off and then change up as its needed.
