Setting up CI/CD.

For this, I’m experimenting on which way to best trigger (i.e., economically) the workflow for release. I usually detect the version change on the version files (e.g., package.json, composer.json) on the jobs section. However, this consumes a minimum of 1 min on our run credits on Github Actions per push.

I’ll try moving the trigger to the on field of the workflow. I’m hoping that by doing so, we won’t spend anything on our run credits.

Currently, the artifact built is the tarballed image.
