build.xml Padm4672 edit #31

Edited the Build.xml to remove the deprecated version.

So, still have an issue with this. I get:

 [echo]             Attempting Tomcat restart.
 [echo]         
 [exec] sh: 0: Can't open service
 [exec] Result: 127

I'll give you 2 points for trying but there needs to be deeper troubleshooting. Sorry feedback is so delayed on this, but I didn't think it would work.
