Configured cloudprober to post a failing password check every minute. I think we can use this to alert on availability as well as to drive regular request so we can alert on latencies!

Syked because I haven't used cloudprober yet in production (only newrelic synthetics and pingdom) I was able to contribute the postgres backend so excited to be trying this :)
