Caret position incorrect when ARROW UP pressed in window text box in native look/feel mode. #17

Confirmed in OS X with Native Look & Feel enabled, the text edit "caret" 
(cursor) goes to the beginning of the line when the up arrow is pressed to 
access the command and chat history in channel, status and query text edit 
boxes. setCaretPosition() does not have any effect. Works fine when native look 
& feel is not enabled.

Have not checked caret behavior on Windows or Linux in this regard.
