(Confirmed in MDI mode, have not checked SDI):
When a window is closed, the last windows that were open underneith that window
(for instance, a channel window under a window with a private message chat with
a user) are not necessarily the ones that gain focus; instead, the windows to
the furthest right in the window tab bar are opened and get focus if they have
not been minimized.
Also, CTRL+TABing does not cycle to the next open window if there is a window
that is minimized in the TAB path between the last active window and the next
window to be cycled to.
