Main script won't unload. #4

1. I am experiencing the following issue...
elders.irc loads first, and then loads a "theme" script. I am able to unload 
the theme script via /unload (or via the theme unload functionality in the 
script) but I cannot /unload elders.irc. It stays loaded. I was able to unload 
it in the last 2009 release of jIRCii but not the latest. I have ON UNLOAD and 
ON EXIT functions in the script that call some exit routines via a sub, 
"doquit", and adds a timer that unloads the theme scripts.

Fixed along with other script loading/unloading issues.
