I wanted to move away from LastPass and this this tool saved me lots of time, thank you! I wanted to contribute a small change that helped me. Here are the things I changed and why:
When migrating to non smart phone 2fa solution (ex: KeePass), you may not have a camera/option to use the QR code in the output HTML
Adding the secret to the output HTML provides a pretty and more complete backup of the export as an HTML file
Added some styling to the HTML, this includes centering the table columns and adding borders to the table
