View beforeDeactivate, afterDeactivate, beforeActivate, and afterActivate are not always called correctly for nested views. #207

View beforeDeactivate, afterDeactivate, beforeActivate, and afterActivate are not always called correctly for nested views. This is a follow up to issue #205.
I will try to put together a list of possible transitions along with the expected before/after Deactivate and Activate calls. There will be a lot of different cases, I will list them out in a follow on comment.
