Add nmon version 16m #37

This hasn't been in Nerd Pack before now, but I've been using it on the side. I used to use version 16f but made a project of it to compile and start using the latest version, 16m. Compilation notes and other stuff are in the README, along with the SlackBuild and the source code of the latest version.

No worries if you don't want this in Nerd Pack but I figured I'd offer, since it's a neat monitoring utility that can show a bunch of stuff in a single screen (disk, network, CPU are the main ones I use). Screenshot below.

I confirmed this works on 6.8 and 6.9 so I added it to both package directories, and it seems to not need anything additional installed (on 6.9 I confirmed it worked even without Nerd Pack installed)

Thanks for putting it together. I really don't care what goes in NerdPack other than it needs to be a single package without a bunch of dependencies.
