Add Dollars-Per-Point and value to projection CSVs #17

DPP and value will help give a good indication of whether a player should be rostered.

DPP = salary/projection

Value

Shoot for 4x+5 value, so 4*[salary/1000] + 5. Also add % of value, which is projection/target.
