Essentially, all the same tools as what's currently available for NBA.

BBR scraping is done. This exists in mlb/utilities/bbr_scraper.py and the parsers in the parsers directory.

Vegas odds are also all set now. Injuries are less sporadic, unlike NBA, and with lineups available hours beforehand, this isn't as much of an issue.
