Leaving Travis CI because of their new pricing model. Previously they had said that open source repos were exempt. After more digging it turns out this is not the case, and the future of open source at Travis looks to be up in the air.
As the project is hosted on GitHub, GitHub Actions seems to be a more reliable solution.
This also switches to using the Arduino command line interface instead of the IDE for CI compilation. The only disadvantage so far seems to be the lack of Teensy board support.
