Update redhat.yml #8

seems to have changed in recent centos8

Since it's still mariadb-libs in EL7, better to replace redhat.yml with redhat-7.yml and redhat-8.yml, each containing the whole package list with just mariadb-libs/mysql-libs differing. This will keep compatibility with both EL7 and EL8

Forgot that EL7 is nowhere mentioned as a (possibly) supported OS, so no need to split it up.
