How to add other countries and states? #1

How to add other countries and states and cities as well if possible? Does it work with countries and addressfield module or any other module?

This is mainly a demo module used for pre-populating sample content - related to taxonomy import/export needs.

To add items, you would import the base set given here, then add or edit and more items you like using the usual taxonomy management UI (or possibly CSV import) and then optionally re-export the 'feature' using features export.

This is purely taxonomy based (as an example of structured, heirarchical, recognisible data), so it populates a taxonomy field that could be used on your content types. It wouldn't usually work with other field types.
