Convert Angular to Vue? #23

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I've gotten some flack for using Angular as the front end framework, so I'm thinking of maybe remaking the front end in Vue. (React is off the table for me)

I'm thinking that if I do go the Vue route, I will codevelop Angular and Vue. Angular is a better framework for me, and I think overall for a larger project like this, but making a Vue version will allow more developers to join in without needing to learn a new framework. I might even make a react version with this line of thinking.
