add: determine translation via user scripting

use case:
building a general edi checker (for on-line services).
grammars are all available, but there is one mapping for all outgoing messages 
(html text with errors, etc).
this would means thousands of translations...

Implementation is quite general; might be useful for other purposes where 
current lookup-mechanism fails.
