new: keep track of file-size #155

bots records the file-size of edi files (in database).
This can be useful for:
- screens (did not add this now)
- reports (measuring volumes received/send)
- set a max-size for file to be translated. This is a possibility, but not 
realized yet.

filesize is displayed in:
- reportrun (total nr bytes that is translated)
- incoming (nr bytes translated)
- detail (show bytes where measured)
