file missing #2

active_contour_maps_GD_fast is missing from the package. Or is it available somewhere else?

Hello! Ups, sorry, just use active_contour_maps_fast instead. active_contour_maps_GD_fast is a gradient descent based implementation, without using Euler's method, and has much worse convergence. But I can upload it, since it allows to use any energy function.
