Upgraded form of apiary that uses essentia to modify behavior

Effects:

Potentia: Increase productivity, decrease lifespan
Vitium: Increases mutation rate, decreases lifespan, releases small amounts of flux
Mortuus: Dramatically shorten lifespan, releases small amounts of flux
Victus: Increase lifespan, reduce genetic decay
