Adding collections handler
Updating go redis ht version
Adding GetAllItems with pagination
Fixing router
Removing default endpoint
ADD: taskfile to simplify development + Python script as an example to work with collections

ADD: set a JWT time-to-live to 60 minutes and make constant out of it
