Infer speech from audio error #109

I keep getting this error when I run the code on step 2

you probably skipped a cell, creating this file should be one of the very first things that happens. the notebook's resume functionality depends on that file existing. it's been a week: are you still blocked by this issue or have you figured out what was going on?

Thank you for the reply but yeah the initial error seems to be resolved but now I'm getting this error no matter what I make the video size to be:
