control for seed diversity #1

pre-sample seeds, then generate images for each prompt using only those seeds. idea here is to control for how seeds influence stuff like layout and other image attributes. additionally, we'll probably be able to drop all images attached to certain seeds in toto to reduce spread around the class centroid.

generate a bunch of images, use the seeds for the images that have desirable layouts.
