Test IE, FF, WebKit.

Check multiple operating systems. XP, 7, Ubuntu, OSX, and older versions of IE, FF, Chrome, Safari for responsiveness.

Forgot password button is actually larger (height-wise) than the sign in button, along with some aligning on other pages I am going to fix on master branch.

Can @austingulati and @dmastylo keep track of major visual changes each of you make from after this date so that future XBC will be much faster?

How did you fix that?

I don't think I actually fixed it per say but it is now unnoticeable because the buttons are on separate lines. There is a slight difference between the "input" and "a" tags in Firefox and Firefox only.

I haven't done explicit testing yet but I think we're set, the only real issue was the header background on IE and I think I got that fixed
