Fix GetXmlRpcType for types such as DBNull #4

This will result in stack overflow.

        [Test]
        public void DBNull() {
            DBNull value = DBNull.Value;
            Type type = value.GetType();
            XmlRpcServiceInfo.GetXmlRpcType (type);
        }
