we make custom map on mapbox how our make make searchable?

I'm not sure... can you be more specific on this issue?

we made a custom map and added our markers (offices, laboratories, etc..) which are inside a school campus. after searching those added markers and choosing an office(for example), the navigation route on the mini-map goes outside of the campus taking the long path. how do we set the navigation route on the mini-map from point A to point B that stays within the campus?
