Regarding of plotrix and R version #4

plotrix (version 3.8) not compatible with R 3.4.3.

plotrix (3.7-5) compatible with R 3.4.3. https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/plotrix/plotrix_3.7-5.tar.gz

Check this please.

Thanks a lot ! plotrix (3.7) is working fine. I updated requirements.
