In particular it was noted that the metal thickness for coupled microstrip was not being used. This adds a metal thickness correction for static effective dielectric constant and static characteristic impedance. I did not change the dispersion equations. Unfortunately the primary references were a little vague on applying this correction so it will be a good candidate for field solver comparison if/when we ever get a good system in place for that.
