Update Apiary to reflect new endpoints and models

Apiary should reflect the actual endpoints and models. This issue should wait until the api interface is finalized.

• [ ] Pagination url queries
• [ ] Sorting url queries (blocked)
• [ ] Filtering url queries (blocked)
