How does one register as a techer up content upload credentials?

There are 4 main roles in Mathworld. However, it is unclear how one would create a new registered-teacher account and upload content, ravi.

All new users have to be assigned roles, by design. If you create an account and email it to me, I will elevate it to admin so you can play with it (and create more test users)
