Add annotations (or marker) to plot.ly based on when a stream is hosted/de-hosted. This is a feature that is optional, as I'm not sure how this could be done without cluttering the graph, and adding extra information that might not be desired. While it would be cool to see the bump in viewer after a host, this could need considerable processor time as one would need to get a list of the hosting channels, determine who to show (based on followers or some other metric) and write the annotation to the graph.
