Provide URI of nanoservices configuration to Unix-based OS environment

NS_CONFIG=zoo:// NS_CONFIG=file://
If ns-skeleton was build with ZOO=OFF or FILE=ON and zoo:// URI was provided exception "No way, it doesn't work like that!" should appear.
