version 0.14.0 not usable due to missing dependency #59

At present the gitversion-dsl module can't be published because the nexus plugin always tries to publish all modules. We need a solution like in https://github.com/gradle-nexus/publish-plugin/issues/143 to disable publication to OSSRH for some of the modules.
