Bug found while setting vibrate notification on Tasks app

Expected behavior

When setting Vibrate on tasks app my phone should be able to vibrate to notified me

Actual behavior

When I set Vibrate notification it only display the notification but didn’t vibrate

How to reproduce

(1) Download Tasks app launch it and open

(2) Set notification to Vibrate and set tasks

Device used: Gionee P5 mini

Operating system: Android version 5.1

*App version: 1.1.13

I cannot reproduce this with my Nexus 5 Android 6.0 (and installing from tag 1.1.13). Vibration works for me even when "Also vibrate for calls" phone settings is turned off, and the app is open in the foreground.

Since I don't have a 5.1 real device, I can't test this exact report... @dmfs please advise how to proceed.
