Updated the pull request [https://github.com/dmgerman/ninka/pull/7] to be a fast forward merge.

It contains tests, run them with

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test

and has a modularized structure. We have updated the copyright years and license to GPLv2 as also agreed by Rene (@darxriggs).
