Improve haddock documentation #50

The haddock documentation is incomplete - methods which don't have type
signatures are omitted, some of the comments are not haddock-ified, some
modules export too much.

Samuel is currently working on this.

Also, the Sconstruct file doesn't unlit .lhs files so that it can run haddock on
them... it just skips them. So we have no docs generated for those files. (iirc,
there are four of them)

See bug #46 for that issue, since its a separate area to change (build system vs
compiler)
