Create a .deb so people can install Yhc easily.

This would require us to either have an official, packaged release (which I'm 
not 
sure we're ready to do) or to create a .deb file using Buildbot the same as we 
do 
for the Windows snapshots, however we don't have a Debian machine to test the 
file 
on.
