What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the program
2. plug in the keyboard
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no MIDI device detected in the MIDI/Audio settings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PX-320, tried the USB cables and made sure they work right, Mac OS X 10.8.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I installed the drivers a few times to get them to work. Is there something I
could be doing wrong? I used the latest .pkg on the front page

It should work, but it might require a restart. Also, make sure you do not have
older versions of this driver in your Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers folders (check
both your system and user folders). There should only be one Casio-related
plugin file installed.

You can also use the Console utility and look for USB and MIDI-related messages
when you power up your keyboard.
