[Idea] Ore Cruncher has time delay to compensate for some balance. #1

Only to happen when a Reinforced Iron Block is on the piston head side. (Time: 1-3 seconds for each ore block.

Regarding pistons, they're temporary. Eventually you'll have to use hydraulics to actually generate enough force to break the ore.
