Weird redstone bug with AE2 #68

Basically this: https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/issues/646. This only happens when RemoteIO is also installed.

What build is this 'supposedly-fixed' in, and how can I get a hold of that version?

Also, does the fix also address this problem?
