Describe the bug If you install the plugin - sets dual login to No and logout, then its only possible to login as saml user. the login/index.php?saml=off doesnt work any more

We have made a fix in a patch, attached to this Bug report.

So now its possible to use the /login/index.php?saml=off when the dual login is off as well. So that admins always can login. issue.txt

rename the file to .patch
