"setup.txt" file missing #20

While following the instruction sed -i 's/= All/= 9606/g' setup.txt; echo "FocusSpecies: from All to 9606 (Human)" sh Installation.sh. Where is the "setup.txt" file ?

setup.txt is at bernGNormPlusJava/setup.txt
